Serious question- Want to lose 25 ibs by Valentines Day?

Ok, I need serious help.

I am 21, 5'6" and weigh a gigantic 256 ibs (most I enjoy ever weighed in my life). I enjoy been exercising for one month with no results. I enjoy neither gained nor lost any weight at adjectives! ( I work out 5 days a week). Can someone give me some kind of serious Diet/ exercise notion to lose 25ibs by Valentines day? (Three years ago I lost 95ibs in the course of 8 months. I am doing everything duplicate, but with no results this time). I have thought around replacing Two meals a day near Special K cereal ( I got the idea from the BOX!). But I am worried it may own adverse side affects. PLEASE help! Thanks!

Hi Cindy, you should reduce your carb intake and start a low carb diet. You can still exercise beside this, but do light cardio for 30 minutes about 3 times a week. Stick to eggs, lean meat, lots of vegetables, with the sole purpose eat berries for fruit. You can look up low carb friendly food lists on splash, I would suggest doing some research into it as you will guaranteed lose that weight with a low carb diet.
