"Skinny" Toned Arms and Flat Abs?
You may think this is gross... but oh well... I'm other bloated no matter what. Even if I am not hungry... I'm guessing it's because of a mixture of belly fat and gas within my stomach. (No, no I do not go to the "bathroom" everyday). Does anybody have any suggestions on how to bring back a toned stomach within a couple of weeks? Thank you! :)
Also, I want to get toned arms... but not "buff". At the moment, I do bicep curls/ tricep exercises repetitively near 3lb weights. Sometimes, I do the tricep exercise with 5lb weights. Any suggestions?

if you are bloated all the time, consequently that's a medical problem and you have it checked out. But it might just be that your body retains too much river, but thats only if you drink LOTS of water.
Now for the toned stomach, try some crunches, bicycles, planks, and leg raise. Also you need to watch your nutrition: hefty, calorie, and sugar intakes, and start doing some cardio. Do cardio for 20-30 mins 2-3 days per week and you will see excellent results (6 packs maybe 8 depending on your genetics).
As for your arms your plan is great and it won't take you buff just toned like you want it.
