1,700 calories and 60min treadmill equals a angelic diet?

I am 13 years old and weighs just about 160 pounds. I would like to know if I consumed 1,700 calories and ran 60 minutes on a treadmill a pious way to start a diet? Also how much pounds would I lose if i keep this up for 3 months?
