Female College Athlete..i requirement oblige losing solidity.?

I play basketball in college and i am not losing weight. I am around 5'3 150 pounds. I am very solid...but i really need to lose bulk so i can become quicker on the court. I need help creating a obedient diet for me...i cannot cook i can only eat food from the cafeteria. We own salads, sandwhiches, cerial, pasta, and other kind of stuff. My problem is that i tend to eat closely. PLease help me! i am ready to win in the best shape of my life! ...by the bearing i am taking red meat out of my diet...i think this will help me

You need to start sow don'ttake ig steps straight away. try not to eat alot t dinner (becoase u dont burn it of while u sleep). try to eatsmaller preportions. resembling carbs no bigger then your palm. im trying to do it now lol and i it's working. Don't impart up!
