Vitiman B and headache?
I was reading a magazine and stopped on an article about ethnic group who get frequent headaches. I go and get them often and I read about it. It told me to pilfer more vitamin B for energy. Now, there are just about 5 different kinds of vitamin B and I was wondering which I should clutch.
