120 pounds and want to loose 10-15 pds but how?

i am a 14 year old 5.4ft and weigh 120pds(could weigh more cuz my scale is wrong maybe) i really want to lose 15 pds cuz i losing confidence near all the extra weight i acquirement. i know i reached that point in energy that if i dont start exercising and eating rite that ill become huge. i am not fleshy but im starting to get celulite , love handles, a gut , and i already enjoy alot of fat on my arms and i really want to lose all that. so can u plz assist me in how to lose it. i have a tredmil, how long would i hold to run on it each day, and what other excises do i own to do to lose my arm, gut, and love handles fat. oh and how abundant calories should i eat a day. plzzzz backing:)

You don't need to lose 10-15 lbs dear lord! Your height and cargo is perfectly healthy, if you lost more than 5 lbs you would be too limited. Just concentrate on exercise and eating healthy foods, approaching getting in all your 5 servings of fruits and vegetables respectively day, eating intact grains instead of refined, adjectives back on sugar, etc.
