2 question! Would you conisder me rotund? and How to use the acai berries?

Okay i am a 14 year old girl. I am 5 feer 7 inches tall, and i weigh 145 pounds. I wear between a size 7 and 8 pant and i am a medium in shirts. I enjoy really long legs and a kinda long torso(stomach and chest). My arms can be compared to demi lovatos. My sister says im a mix between demi lovatos body shape and miley cyrus but i think she might of be lying. I really want to lose 20 pounds before christmas time. I have the acai berries but i enjoy no idea how to use them so i can lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks. Also i dont want a low calorie breakfast time plan. Any ideas??

3500 cal approx = a pound of fat.
3500 cal times 20 pounds = 70,000 cal needed to be NOT consumed and/or burned off.
70,000 divided by 27 days = 2,593 calories displaced per daytime

That means you'd need to drop and/or burn sour 2,600 more than you usually do in a day.
Impossible.
Don't even try.

you are healthy, but if your shape makes you self-conscious, eat more veggies and drink more caffeine.
Acai berry is a fruit but if you mean the pills, at your age you shouldn't even be thinking going on for taking them.

These products are a waste of money and don't work. Please don't fall for adjectives the spam adverts you see.

No pill, potion or supplement will help. You are not flab, but if you want to lose weight all you involve is a good healthy diet and exercise - it take time and motivation :)
