Weight Loss question(20 characters)?

Okay so I weigh 63.9Kg's im 13 and im like 4ft11
I really would like to procure down to at least 58 or 59 kilos by Christmas.
If I cut out chocolate, and anything high surrounded by fat and sugar,
Do 50 sit up's on the Ab King Pro
Go outside cycling,running around with my friends for at lowest possible an hour
drink more water than soft drinks or sodas
Have at the most 2 330ml cans of 7up Free or Coca Cola Zero
so heres my feast plan
Breakfast: Bowl of Special K
In between Breakfast and Lunch: either nothing or I don`t know fruit or sunflower seeds.
Lunch:Brown bread sandwhich with Tuna,Tomato,Low grease Mayonnaise and a slice of White cheddar cheese.
In between Lunch and Dinner: Water
Dinner: What ever im having for dinner
After dinner up to bed time: water,fruit or seed
If I keep to this do you think I could lose a few Kilos by Christmas?

you will definately lose immensity, but i think it would be better not to eat mayo and cheese everyday.

If it's milk chocolate, dump it. Dark chocolate is healthy. Figure 1 oz. a daytime.
Cut the fat and sugar.
Excersise is good, cut the sugared sodas.
Special K is a fitting cereal but it only has 6g protein. Add some big quality protein, some fruit, and a glass of OJ.
At break, guzzle something, don't go hungry, it will cause your body to budge into starvation mode and it will hold onto its fat for survival purposes. Try a meal railing.
Lunch looks good but add fruit, conceivably some carrots and celery sticks too.
Afternoon break, eat something.
Dinner, resourcefully you don't have much impact on that unless you speak to the cook and explain the diet you would like to follow. I am the grocery shopper and the cook contained by the family and I always flex to what is needed.
After dinner snack looks biddable.
