Exercises to tone tummy after pregnancy?
Right, my twins are 5 months old now and my tummy is still for a while flabby.
I went straight back to my imaginative size before having them as soon as both babies be out, except for 1 pound.
I think the muscles in my stomach enjoy seperated slightly too due to having stretched so much (it was adjectives baby, no fat whatsoever!).
What can I do to rejoin the muscles and tone up my tummy?
Also, how long does that brown vein stay on your tummy (underneath the belly button)? I never had it whilst pregnant, it just showed up afterwards.

If your abs are separated (diastisis recti) then sit ups and crunches are the LAST thing you are supposed to do. In certainty, these exercises can cause them to become more damaged. There are specific exercises designed to relieve correct this condition. Find yourself a physio to get your abs checked out and see if they are in reality separated. He/she will be able to give you exercises to minister to. It is not possible to completely repair separated abs without surgery but these exercises can trademark them look better. I had a 5 finger width separation after my twins and manage to get it down to 2 after a few months of physio. However, thats as much as I have manage to fix. You can do a quick check yourself - lie on your subsidise and slowly do one crunch and hold, if your tummy makes a dome shape, then near is diastisis recti. Best of luck :) Source(s): mum of 4

Hi,
You hold several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The central problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in arpeggio with each other can bring resolved results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. You don’t involve access to a gym because this type of approach doesn’t require weights and machines.
You’ll make dramatic improvements in your worst trouble spots and most stubborn problem areas if you do simple, all the same carefully structured, bodyweight exercises (no weights & no machines) which combine all three types of muscle movement: Concentric, Eccentric and Isometric. This is a crucial factor for man and women that cannot be address with typical weight and device type exercise programs. The only way to combine these for maximum results and SAFETY is by focusing on bodyweight type exercises. Because its roughly impossible to achieve this when using weights and machines.
I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although give or take a few a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very satisfied with how I look, although I have slimmed down like mad, but I still look like I'm pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just have a feeling and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and adjectives this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my dream. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.
A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I be skeptical at first that this would work by itself. Targeted weight loss is quite tough, some would right to be heard impossible, but it definitely does produce results. I have lost 20 lbs surrounded by four weeks plus 3 inches from my stomach and even my legs are much more slimmer then before. to tone the stomach i would do crunches, jog, running, and setup
If you faithfully do crunches every day you will tighten your belly muscles surrounded by no time flat. As far as the brown line is concerned: I did not have one, so I cannot comment on that.
