Does this character want to lose counterweight?
Okay. I used to be anorxic. I have been to rehab and recovered. but lately I've began eating A LOT! I know I requirement to get that under control.... but anyways do i a moment ago need to hold my weight where on earth it is or lose about 10 pounds?
I'm 5'10 and anywhere from 155-165.

ok listen to me! your body looks fine!! if you're overly concerned....i don't focus losing weight is what you need. i'm features of in the same place right immediately. i just lost down to my goal bulk...but now i want to use what i've got and tone it! work beside what you've got and use working out...to get you mind sour of your image. I know it sounds strange...but you can really get contained by this zone when working out that you aren't worry about your each day stresses...you're simply just concentrating on the task contained by hand so that you can be at your healthiest. i think this is what you want to do. Your fine. Learn to love yourself for who and what you are. It took courage for you to go to rhab and that is to say a strong person.
For your height above sea level, 10 pounds wouldn't be bad for you, but you do not look anywhere near any big-hearted of seriously unhealthy state.
Just don't be anorexic, it's unhealthy as human being overweight. Trust me, i have a low BMI.
