14 years out-of-date; 135 lbs; 5' 3 1/2''; overweight?

Okay guys please no jerks who make fun of others - do you surmise i'm overweight? i know the BMI scale doesn't factor in muscle/bone density... I own large bones [i swear it's not a cover-up. ask my doctor lmao] and i may not be in tip-top shape, but i try to run regularly, and do crunches. am i overweight? and do you cogitate you could give me any exercise tips to lose around 10 pounds by christmas? i just want to be hygienic :]

When I was your age that's pretty much what I weighed but next I started high school sports and lost a ton of bulk. I am now 5'3 and weigh 110 pounds and have closely of musle mass so just join a sport or run regularly and of late be careful of what you eat. Also drink profusely of water. Good luck.
