1000 calorie per daylight banquet plan?
Anyone else done this and had success? Any thinking for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
Answers:
tuna n cucumber 2 wholemeal bread sandwich
1 apple
tea minus milk
thats for breakfast. i will get to lunch later on
i do this, be doing it for 3 months and lost 2 stone...
i generally cut out teas and coffees (only coz i hate it in need sugar) switched to skimmed milk, switched everything i could to brown/wholemeal/wholegrain (rice, bread, pasta).
i generally stick to a rule, 200 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, and 500 for dinner.
takes time to work out what you can get through and what you should avoid...took me about 2 months to get my calorie meal sorted.
but if you can get your head round a calorie counted diet and do 30 mins of exercise at most minuscule every other day the weight will dribble off...like i said, surrounded by 3 months ive lost 2 stone...
exercises i do are a good 1-2 hour walk at the weekends next to my fiancee, half and hour on my exercise bike as and when i can and the odd exercise dvd...
hope ive help :-) Source(s): own 1000 calorie counting experience :-)
I eat around 1000 calories a day and I'm fine! Just remember, if you exercise after eat a little more than in general, like a sandwich after.
Some good breakfast planning are;;; Yogurt with fruit and a slice of toast.
Lunch;;;; Healthy sandwich with tomatoes, turkey, cheese, and carrot.
Dinner;;;; Some healthy soup, like veggie soup.
Hope this help!
dang it! starvation is BAD! devour 2,000 calories! that's what is recommended anyway...hell most americans eat twice that anyway so it practically is a diet...and don't do the breakfast/lunch/dinner thing...its better to spread it out to resembling 5 or 6 smaller meals during the day to hang on to your metabolism going. no success I've heard of.. to answer your initial press...
You are trying to go on a starvation diet. You may lose the weight but when you come sour the diet, which you eventually will, the weight will come back resembling a tonne of bricks. You wont know what hit you and why its happening.

I personally have not done this calorie per morning, but have had schooling on the subject, and know other about the area. 1,000 calories a year is great if you want to lose weight. That's over one thousand less than the day after day expectancy. You might want to bump the calories up a bit, you will find 1,000 will be rough.
