I workout a great deal and i dont see my arms getting any bigger :/ serve please?
I'm seeing my chest get a lot bigger but not really my arms.. what can i do to acquire massive arms? im going for a swole look, i don't really want a six pack or anything. I'm 17, weigh 135, and im 5'6... i want to weigh a lot more!

Also, you have to hang on to adding weight to what you are lifting. More reps will kind you slightly stronger, but not bigger at all. Adding more weight, even if it knock down your reps, will tear your muscle more, causing it to grow more contained by the reparation process. Adding weight also makes you stronger faster.
For example, if you switch a 20 lb solidity with a 25 lb weight, a week following you can pick up the 20lb weight and be like "wtf? be this even heavy back after?" Increasing the reps of the 20lb weight would not give you that sudden catch sight of of how light the 20lb weight become.
Do as much different arm exercises you can find. You might be targeting a single section of arm muscle, which is pointless for the other muscle section you arent working.
That is all the advice I can endow with you, my friend. If you are doing everything i said correctly, all I can say is push yourself harder when working the arms.
