How do i work out at a gym to lose flab?
im 5'6 weigh around 150 and have a 28-30 inch waist
my friends think im average but penchant more on the fat side
so my question is what workout routines can i do at a gym to above all lose fat?
my main dream is to lose fat not gain muscle and i know i will probably be gaining muscle so under the weather just be killing two birds next to one stone
