I can transmit that i lost shipment but the go up tell me otherwise...?
i have been doing cardio for 60-80 minutes 5-6 times a week using step aerobics
and on a 1500 cal diet
i be 120, and still am 120, its on lt been one week
i can tell change in my thigh muscles they are more fir
also my waist has go down a size...
however the scale says i haven't lost a pound
why is this?

Im not 100% sure but muscle weigh more than fat so if you have be loosing weight and turing it into muscle you will appear more toned and skinner but shouldn't loose weight. I enjoy no idea If thats correct but hoped I helped :)

What you could also do is take your measurements - waist/tummy/hips/bust/thighs/arms and keep track of this. You will soon see that you are losing centimetres and consequently inches and this more important than weight, because the scales don't lug into account a person's muscle mass. So just concentrate on the measurements.x

Muscle weighs more than portly but it's four times smaller, meaning you can look much thinner and more toned but weigh the same. Muscle also burns far more calories than portly, so you will burn more energy while not even exercising.
Try to track your progress by measurements rather than scales, as the scales can be extremely misleading.

Im obsessed near what the scale says, but my boyfriend other tells me its not about the go up, its about how you look and your body fat%.

You could be plateauing but considering that you weigh 120 (which I assume is pounds), I think you should be of a healthy mass. Unless you're very short?
If I were you, I'd stop intake outside (if you do) and try to only buys things that has the calorie count at the side/back so you know exactly how frequent calories you are taking in. And check the serving size, so you don't end up intake a 400 calorie snack, thinking it's only 100 calories due to there human being 4 servings and etc. Source(s): Myself

As you are losing the fat you are probable to be gaining muscle at the same time!
don't verbs about your weight as lean muscle weigh more than fat. as long as you are getting rid of the fat and totalling muscle thats great. But try not to over do it you need a program that you can stick to and not easily spatter off the wagon.
this is a adjectives little bit of info I found. 1 pound of fat has almost 3500 cals stored in it and 1 pound of muscle burns 100 Cals a day.
so the more you tone up the easier it is to loose portly. Also try to keep away from diets you can't stick to. hope this helps
