10 days near out food puking up stumic sour?

i havent eaten in 10 days, i get raped 10 days ago and i stoped eating. well ive tryed to chomp through but it makes me throw up :S so i pretty much gave up on drinking. im not hungry at all so w.e But i started coughing up blood on day. consequently it went away the next hours of daylight then a few days later i started couging up ALOT of im guessing stumic tart its oil yellow and brown. Im getting HUGE migrains. and im thought disy today in class i had to walk home cause i couldnt walk proply. I finally convinced my mum to lug me to the docs so shes taking me on monday the one coming up. Ive throwen up over 2L of stumic acid.... dont ask how i know that.. help please, will this exterminate me or something

first of all im so sorry that you got raped. to be precise a horrible thing to go through. you stipulation to go to the hospital and tell a doctor what happen. you are stressed out and traumatized from what happened.
