I stipulation to burn calories but I run a partially heroic yesterday? HELP!?

Well yesterday I ran a half impressive (13.1 miles) at a hard pace. I am insanely sore today, but I broke my diet and ate too much. What should I do to burn calories? Any cardio that will work different muscles than fortitude running? Will swimming work? All answers appreciated.

take the day rotten. your metabolism is plenty high enough. One sunshine of extra food will not change your body significantly. Sounds like you probably enjoy a ridiculous diet anyway.
swimming is an amazing whole-body workout. try doing shorter and faster runs. don't quit the distance runs. I'm a half-marathoner myself. but to burn more calories try some cardio classes and try sprints.
