Do you acquire lumps surrounded by the CELEBRITY SLIM soups and shakes?

I have done lighterlife before and i detested it because of the lumpy shakes and soups. I need another quick fix up to that time christmas and i was wondering if there are any lumps contained by the celebrity slim shakes and soups please?

i use celeb slim. If you stir it as you pour the water within for the soups then there are no lumps. In the garden veg 1 here are small bits of pepper, and theres some herb on top (not sure what it is) but they are yummy.

the shakes arent lumpy, but i would suggest you buy the shaker with the sachets of milkshake, or at smallest have a good one at home
