I own severely low stamina... how do I fix that?

I have anemia and it worsens even more when I'm having my extent. I feel dizzy when I wake up surrounded by the morning, and many days it stays like that the intact day, I can't really concentrate. I try to eat a stability diet and have taken Vitamin B Complex supplements and Antioxidants but they don't seem to backing. I would love to exercise more, but I fall asleep while doing my school work (working on a amount in journalism) and wake up near a wicked headache and sometimes heartburn.

On average, I drink about 2 litres of plain hose throughout the day plus 1 litre before going to sleep. In appendix to that, I drink about 2-4 cups of tea per day. I on the odd occasion drink coffee.

One problem that's beyond my control is the polluted air in my city, apparently it's one of the ten most polluted cities contained by the world. I can't move for another 3 years because of my studies. Before living here I was very nourishing, 2 flu infections per week on average with speedy recovery. But since I moved here 3 years ago I've have about 6 infections per year, slower recovery, plus the anemia I've never have before. I'm only contained by my midtwenties and used to be an Energizer Bunny... so I think the pollution has be the blame.

I would love to do regular 30-minute aerobic exercise and swimming laps 3-5 times a week, work a fulltime office opportunity, and commit myself to community activities, but the thought seems impossible right presently. It's affecting my self esteem, as if I didn't push myself hard enough to work as sturdy as many people surrounded by this city, as if it's my own fault that I'm not healthy adequate to pursue success in a time of year that counts as the "prime age" for most people with a professional profession.

What can I do to improve my health if I can't do anything in the order of the pollution, which I believe is the cause of my health problems?
Answers:
You articulate that you have anemia but you don't mention if you know the cause of it. There are lots of different cause and in order to know how to fix it you first obligation to know the cause. The doctor should be the next piece on your to do list. Pollution isn't a cause of anemia.
relish life, be positive, we all enjoy to go someday, you just hold to be strong and learn how to move on
I would vote do a lot of cardio myself. Do it anytime you can fit it in, the cardio does not hold to be consecutive just as long as you do it (15m here, 15m there, etc). Eat complex carbs as ably. Pollution can play a role in health issues, but I do not see you not man able to overcome this. Be sure you are getting a full 6-8 hours of sleep per night as very well.BTW, the water is going to flush the vitamins out of your body before they own the chance to absorb into your blood stream. Instead of B-complex, which is severely good, try a multi. email me rbennitt(a)comcast.net and I will write my instructor to be precise a dietitian over in Jacksonville, she helped me through profusely of things. While you feel bad presently, you can get through this, but it wont be an overnight change.
