What affect does drinking sea own on my braces? any alternetives?

For the sake of my braces, lately i have drunk nothing but sea. I've avoided fizzy drinks of all kinds, fruit juice, cordials and alcohol. I assumed that water would be the best drink to have for my braces, but is their anything else that i can drink short risking damage to my braces?

Milk is okay for your brace, as are tea, coffee and herb teas (no sugar!). If you want to drink other things, drink them with a feast.
