Help. Can someone relate me why my baby's two front teeth grew contained by chipped?

Her bottom teeth came in when she be 2 months and then the top ones followed but they (the top ones) grew in chipped at the bottom. I breastfeed her. Does anyone know why this might hold happened?
Answers:
They are either run of the mill mamellons on the edges or they are congenitally deformed. There is no way they could have chipped lower than the gums. Source(s): A dentist
