After have 4 teeth extractions, including one teachings, what can I guzzle?
My husband smokes too, and my mom does... my dad, and... well, mostly everyone, really. So I feel approaching I'm drowning since I can't smoke and they won't NOT smoke around me... grrr. *frustrated*

Thanksgiving may be the best for this! I can think of so many foods you can chomp through...mashed potatoes, mashed yams, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie(the filling), deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, cream of wheat, oatmeal, pasta roni... the detail goes on. Anything soft is fine.
As far as smoking goes, try using a nicotine patch to bring back your dose.
It is the first 3 days that are the most crucial for your body to make a good blood clot. So this is why they speak about you not to use anything that creates a sucking motion like a straw or smoking. If you dislodge the clot, you will be in some of the worst strain you have ever experienced.
