Is it possible to own a tooth set in even though my tooth have be missing for going on for 5 years? Anyone advocate?
I also have an infected tooth that needs pulling. so I would also be looking at another bud on a relatively newer extraction site. I keep getting different info from different dentists and need to gain the infected tooth pulled out but before anyone does it they keep trying to bring me to commit to implants. Can I get it pulled and later organise an implant in enunciate 3 months time?

A dental bridge is less expensive and is also an option. Implants are markedly expensive and you really need to make lots enquiries about who is going to carry out the work. I am within the middle of implant treatment at the moment. I had a bridge but it broke.
My wife has just be through a similar operation. Only specialised dentists do this sort of work. Her private dentist said he was not qualified and referred her to the local specialist. Her dentist visited to study and learn while the specialist did the work (this type of work is all he does) within his surgery.
She has had a "gap" for a long while and have just had it successfully "filled" next to an implant. The checks needed before are comprehensive using adjectives sorts of specialised equipment to make sure there is sufficient/good satisfactory bone etc. As I recall it was nearly lb3000!
I've just had 2 implant done on my two front teeth 5 days ago, before this i had a crown near a bridge but it was moving so implants be the only option for me after 30 years of crowns. Where the bridge be my original tooth snapped off surrounded by the gum and so for about 4 years i just have the bridge. the bone had shrunk but there be enough to do the implant, the other set in was put straight in after the tooth be pulled. I have a temporary palate next to two teeth on for the next 3 months whilst everything heals, they meeting my other teeth in colour which is brilliant, in 3 months time i enjoy a tooth screwed into the bottom of the implant.
If its not at the front of your mouth i would be reluctant to spend that amount of money, a bridge can be used for the back teeth.
